The Tourbillon features a hybrid powertrain, combining a naturally aspirated 8.3-liter V-16 with three electric motors, whereas the Chiron had a turbocharged W-16 engine. Every panel has been reshaped for a lower, leaner look, with wider fenders and a narrower cockpit.

The Tourbillon is designed to be an experience in itself, but for those who need to check messages or access GPS, Bugatti has included a discreet, retractable screen with Apple CarPlay. The Tourbillon is equipped with a luxurious interior, but don’t expect features like massaging seats or a digital display.

Interior and Comfort
The 2026 Tourbillon is well-equipped with a luxurious interior.The Tourbillon’s interior is a masterpiece of sculpture and mechanical ingenuity. Its fixed-hub steering wheel rotates around the gauges, ensuring an unobstructed view of the instrument cluster at all times. In a fitting collaboration, a Swiss watchmaker crafts the gauges, which boast raised numerals and physical needles for a timeless, precision-engineered aesthetic. There’s no plastic in sight— even the transparent covers over the gauge cluster and center console are meticulously machined from sapphire glass.
Engine and Performance
The 2026 Tourbillon offers a naturally aspirated 8.3-liter V-16 engine with 986 horsepower and 664 lb-ft of torque. It also features three electric motors, which boost the combined output to an incredible 1,800 horsepower. The Tourbillon comes with all-wheel drive and an eight-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.
Fuel Economy
EPA fuel economy ratings have yet to be released, and despite its plug-in hybrid powertrain, the Tourbillon isn’t expected to be a leader in fuel efficiency.The Tourbillon does slightly better than the Chiron.

Tourbillon’s MPH
Bugatti claimed the Tourbillon can reach 60 MPH in as little as 2.0 seconds and hit 250 MPH in about 25 seconds.

Battery Life and Charging
The Tourbillon carries a 21.0-kWh battery pack that holds enough charge for about 30 miles of electric range. Although the Tourbillon has three-cylinder motors, it also has a battery pack for backup.
Safety
The Bugatti Tourbillon offers self-assist driving. It does not offer additional driver assistance features such as blind spot monitoring or others.
